成县农村居民点整理潜力测算

通过对农村居民点整理潜力的测算为农村居民点整理规划和实施提供参考，本研究采用人均建设用地标准法、多因素综合评定法和层次分析法，对成县农村居民点整理潜力理论值进行修正测算，得出符合实际的现实潜力。结果表明，成县农村居民点整理理论潜力值为2 261.66 hm2，修正系数介于0.100 9和0.417 5之间，修正后的潜力面积为603.69 hm2，受现实因素的限制，成县农村居民点整理的修正潜力占理论潜力的2669%，应根据各乡镇现实转化能力，合理安排农村居民点整理，提高整理效率。

Estimation on land consolidation potential of rural residential area in Cheng County
