毛竹浸提液对高羊茅种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为探讨毛竹Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens的浸提液对高羊茅的种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,采取水浸提的方法,用毛竹茎叶、枯落物和土壤三部分浸提液处理高羊茅种子及其幼苗,以蒸馏水处理为对照,分析对比质量浓度分别为0.10,0.05,0.02g·mL-1的3个浓度梯度下高羊茅的各项指标的差异.结果表明:3种毛竹浸提液对高羊茅种子发芽率、发芽势、萌发指数、根长均产生明显的抑制作用,且抑制作用随浓度的增大而增强;对活力指数、苗高、干重整体呈现出低浓度促进高浓度抑制的趋势.

Abstract:Allelopathic effects of aqueous extracts of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens on seed germination and seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea were determined.Three types of aqueous extracts(stem and leaf,litter,mould) and three concentration gradients(0.10,0.05,0.02 g·mL-1) were used as different treatments,while distilled water was used as the control.The results showed that all of the aqueous extracts of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens influenced the growth indices of seed germination and seedling growth.The germination rate,germination energy,germination index and root length were significantly inhibited.Meanwhile,the vigor index,seeding height and dry weight was inhibited at higher concentration and enhanced at lower concentration.
