农林院校经管类本科专业双语教学认知及模式的探讨——以福建农林大学为例

摘    要:从师资力量、学生外语水平、课程设置、教学方法和手段等方面对目前农林院校经管类本科专业实施双语教学的认知和模式进行调查和分析。结果显示,83%的教师赞成双语教学,67%的教师认为目前学校还不具备全面开展双语教学的条件,主要的制约因素是缺乏双语教学的师资力量,学生的英语水平也是影响因素之一。因此过半的教师认为通过选送专业教师出国培训来提高和培养双语教学的师资是较为有效的手段。同时在授课形式上选择小班教学为宜,教学方法以互动式为主,双语比例交叉在50%以上为佳。在此基础上提出相应建议,即出台相关激励措施;拓宽师资培养渠道;提高学生英语水平;确定教学模式、更新教学手段等。

Abstract:A survey was conducted to analyze the cognition and modes of undergraduate bilingual education in the discipline of economic management at agricultural and forestry colleges and universities in terms of qualified teachers, students'English skill, curricula development and teaching methods. It showed that 83% teachers support bilingual teaching, 67% teachers consider that the uni- versities are not able to comprehensively start bilingual education at present. However, the main restricted factor is short of qualified bilingual teachers, and students ' English ability is another influential factor. Therefore, over 50% teachers believe that training abroad for teachers to improve their English skill is an efficient method, small class is suitable to be chosen for teaching, interactive way is the principal teaching method, and more than 50 percent English use should be excellent in bilingual teaching class. Based on its investigation and analysis, some suggestions are proposed in the aspects of establishing the relevant motivating measures, increasing the bilingual teachers ' training channels, improving the students ' English skill, determining teaching pattern and updating teaching methods.
