公司资本制度适应社会制度体系分析

世界上现存3种公司资本制度，即法定资本制、折衷资本制、授权资本制，不同国家及其不同时期常常采取不一样的公司资本制度。本文运用经济学分析方法，对公司资本制度与社会制度的关系进行分析，认为一个国家在选择何种公司资本制度上，应当考虑该制度是否适应整个社会制度体系，并认为我国当前将法定资本制度修改为折衷资本制度是符合社会发展需要的。

Economic analysis of company capital system adapting to social system

There are three kinds of company capital systems in the world, including legal capital system, compromised capital system, authorized capital system. Usually, different countries or countries in different periods take the different company capital system. This paper analyses the relationship between company capital systems and social systems by methods of economics, and have a conclusion that to choose what kind of company capital system, a country has to consider whether this system does adapt to the entire social system, and it is to meet the need of social development for our country to make legal capital system currently revising for compromise capital system.
