| 摘 要： | 回顾和评价了福建省科技创新平台建设现状、作用发挥以及建设运行中存在的问题,概述了部分省（市）科技创新平台建设情况及经验,认为今后尤其是＂十二五＂期间,福建省要在做实已建科技创新平台的基础上,更加注重整合提升、共建共享、产学研合作、布局平衡,着力构建一批面向重点产业的重大科技创新平台。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews and evaluates the construction,the role and the existing problems of science and technology innovation platform（STIP） in Fujian Province,briefs the construction and experiences of STIP in some provinces and cities,and holds that in the coming years especially the ＂Twelveth Five Year Plan＂ period,the construction of STIP in Fujian Province will construct some great STIPs facing key industries based on stressing further integration and promotion of platform,cooperation of industry,university and institute,co-construction and sharing of platform and balancely arrangement of platform. |
