海西战略背景下厦漳泉行业协会互动分析——基于战略协同的视角

在海峡西岸经济区建设中,素有＂金三角＂之称的厦漳泉有着举足轻重的地位。为促进厦漳泉三地产业密切合作,全面对接台湾新一轮产业的梯度转移,推进两岸经贸向纵深发展,加强三地的行业协会互动协作刻不容缓,并且大有作为。基于战略协同理论,分析海西战略背景下三地行业协会互动协作的可能性与必要性,并结合政府间关系理论分析现今三地行业协会互动的不足及成因,进而从营造良好的沟通环境、构建行业组织联盟、强化协会治理制度设计等方面提出促进三地行业协会有效互动的对策建议。

Analysis of the interaction of industry associations among Xiamen,Zhangzhou and Quanzhou under the strategic background of building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits,from the perspective of strategic collaboration

In building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits,Xiamen City,Zhangzhou City and Quanzhou City,known as the ＂Golden Triangle＂,are playing a more important role.To promote close cooperation among the three regions′ industries,dock the industrial transfer of Taiwan,and promote the further development of the cross-Straits economic and trade,it is more important and necessary to strengthen the interactive collaboration of industry associations among Xiamen,Zhangzhou and Quanzhou in building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits.By strategic collaboraton theory,the possibility and necessity of interactive collaboration among the three regions′ industry associations are analyzed in this article.Combined with the theory of intergovernmental relations,the inadequate and its causes are analyzed on the interactive collaboration.Finally,relevant countermeasures are put forward to promote effective interaction among the trade associations in the three regions,such as building industry coalitions,fostering a fine communication environment,and strengthening association governance system.
