资源匮乏型乡村的发展模式及路径选择——福建省2个区域外转移就业村落的比较

如何选择适当的发展模式，促进相对滞后的乡村经济社会发展，一直是学界关注的热点课题。面对资源贫乏、经济基础薄弱的状况，福建的琴江村和南岭村都采取了区域外转移就业的发展模式，并且都取得了较好的成效。但因历史与现实条件的差异，琴江和南岭转移就业的具体路径也有明显的区别：琴江采取的是移民式的转移就业方式，而南岭采取的则是暂时性的劳务输出方式。琴江和南岭的例子表明，乡村社会的发展需要园地制宜地创新发展模式，寻找自己最有效的发展路径。

Modes and approaches for the development of villages short of resources -Comparison between two villages employed out of the region in Fujian Province

It has been the focus of academic subject how to choose the proper development mode to promote the development of rural economy and society in the backward villages. As two villages of poor resources and weak economic foundation, Qinjiang and Naling have taken the same development mode that transferred labour force to outside areas, and both of them have achieved a good results. But the clear different means of transferring rural surplus labor force had been selected under the different conditions of history and reality ： Qinjiang has transferred labor force as emigrants, and Nanling has transferred labor force as expert of labor service. The examples of Qinjiang and Nanling show that the development of the rural society need innovate development modes and look for their most effective development paths under local conditions.
