企业文化发育水平评价指标体系研究

摘    要:阐述了企业文化发育水平的主要内涵,建立了企业文化发育水平综合评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定了指标权重。提出计算企业文化发育水平动态和静态综合评价值的方法,为判断企业的企业文化发育水平提供了一个具有可操作性的评价工具。这一工具可以用来比较不同企业不同阶段的企业文化发育水平。

Abstract:The main connotations about the developmental level of corporate culture are discussed. The comprehensive evaluation index system of corporate culture development level are presented. The index weights are confirmed with analytic hierarchy process. The methods to calculate the dynamic and static comprehensive evaluation of the corporate culture development level are presented. An evaluation tool of corporate culture developmental level is given, This tool can be used to compare the corporate culture developmental level of different companies at different stages of development.
