| 摘 要： | 有机茶的生产已成为目前茶叶市场需求的趋势.本文从产量、成本、价格和利润方面对常规茶和有机茶的生产进行了经济比较,并分析生产有机茶的潜在社会效益.提出了有机茶的生产是可持续农业发展的重要组成部分,是未来茶叶发展的方向.

| Abstract: | Organic tea production is the trend of demand in the tea market. Economic comparison analysis has been done in the aspects of output, cost, price and profit for conventional tea and organic tea. In addition, the potential social effect are also discussed. It is concluded that organic tea production is the important part of sustainable agriculture development and the leading trend in tea industry. |
