海西新农村建设视野下的休闲观光农业发展探析

研究休闲观光农业基本特征和发展内涵，分析休闲观光农业发展背景、原理和依据，提出了马克思休闲论、休闲经济理论、体验经济理论、农业多功能性发展理论等是休闲观光农业发展的重要原理和理论基础；同时，还研究了海西新农村建设视野下发展休闲观光农业的重要意义及其对新农村建设的关系，提出休闲观光农业是现代农业发展的主流模式，是未来农村经济发展的主导产业，是新农村建设的经济增长点，加快发展休闲观光农业有利于对接台湾休闲农业产业，促进两岸产业合作，提升产业发展水平等学术观点。

Development of leisure agriculture under the background of building a new countryside on the west side of the Straits

The characteristics, content, background, principles and basis of leisure agriculture are analyzed. It is held that the principles and theoretical basis of leisure agriculture development are Marxist leisure theory, leisure economic theory, experience economic theory, and agricultural multifunctional demand theory. Meanwhile the significance of developing leisure agriculture in the new era and its relationship to building a new countryside are dealt with. Finally the conclusions obtained are as follows. Leisure agriculture is one of the major modes of modem agriculture development, and a leading industry for rural economic development in future, and an economic growth point in building a new countryside. Accelerating the development of leisure agriculture is favorable for jointing Taiwan leisure agriculture, promoting the cooperation of industries between two sides of the Straits, and raising the development level of industry.
