竹资源培育技术成果转化机制探讨

摘    要:从竹农采纳新技术的基本原理出发,分析了当前竹业技术创新和推广过程中存在的问题:现行的林业技术创新和推广体制造成了技术供给有效度低、竹农显性技术需求的驱动不足以及技术供需之间并未达到均衡一致。继而引入概率,对竹农采纳新技术原理进行了深入剖析,认为提高竹农采纳新技术可能性要从2个方面入手,即提高竹农采纳新技术过程中的预期产量、预期价格的概率以及降低学习、运用技术的成本,并由此提出了提高竹业技术成果转化率的措施,即竹农参与技术创新。

Abstract:This article analyses the current problems in bamboo technological innovation and the process of its popularization on the basis of the basic theory of adoption of new technology. It believes that the current forestry technological innovation, its popularization system which leads to the low efficiency of the technological supply and the inadequate drive of the demand of the technology from the bamboo farmers and the demand and the supply of the technology have not reached the balance. Then, it further analyses the theory of adoption of new bamboo technology achievements by making use of the probability theory. Accordingly, it believes that to increase the rate of transformation of the technology achievements. We have to improve the expected output of the adoption of new technology achievements, the probability of the expected price and to reduce the transaction cost by studying and making use of the technology. After that, it puts forward measures to improve transformation of technology achievements. That is to encourage bamboo farmers to participate in the technological innovation.
