| 摘 要： | 认为低碳农业是对石化农业的反思与超越。在分析我国低碳农业实践特点及其发展面临的问题的基础上,提出进一步发展我国低碳农业的措施：（1）以产业化经营实现低碳生态农业高效益;（2）开发安全优质农产品;（3）创新技术体系,发挥技术支撑作用;（4）利用政策杠杆减少化肥等石化产品的使用量;（5）提高农民的生态意识等。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon agriculture is introspection and surpassing of petroleum agriculture.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of practices of low-carbon agriculture and issues with development,come up with the measures to further develop low-carbon agriculture in our country.（1）Realize high benefits of low-carbon ecological agriculture on the basis of industrialization operation.（2）Develop safe and quality agricultural products.（3）Innovate technical systems to bring technical support into play.（4）Take the advantages of the policy levers to decrease the use of petroleum products such as fertilizer.（5）Raise up the ecological awareness of peasants,etc. |
