| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、集体访谈法和实地观察法,调查了解福建省高等学校网络课程的开发与应用情况,对存在的问题及其原因进行深入分析,并提出建设性意见：（1）提高认识,加强管理;（2）建设网络教学共享平台;（3）加强队伍建设,加强技术培训。

| Abstract: | By means of questionnaire,group interviews and on-the-spot observation,this paper makes a research on the development and application of online courses in colleges and universities in Fujian Province.Based on the research,this paper analyses the prob-lems as well as causes in depth,and puts forward constructive suggestions.（1） Raise the awareness and strengthen the administra-tion.（2） Construct a sharing platform for online courses.（3） reinforce the construction of contingent and technological training. |
