| 摘 要： | 在分析法学教学实践基地建设存在的问题的基础上,提出了加强法学教学实践基地建设的对策：（1）完善法学教学实践体系,规范教学实践基地的建设工作;（2）改进实践教学管理体制,统筹实践教学基地的整体规划;（3）加强实践教学队伍建设,保障实践基地建设经费的投入;（4）改革实践教学课程结构,促进实践教学观念的转变。

| Abstract: | Based on current status analysis,the countermeasures to build a practice base for teaching in jurisprudence are proposed as follows.（1） Improve the teaching practice system in jurisprudence and standardize the construction of practice base for teaching in jurisprudence.（2） Improve the management system of practice teaching and arrange the overall plan of practice teaching base.（3） Develop the practice teaching staff and guarantee the investment to build a practice base.（4） Update the practice teaching curricu-lum structure and promote the change of practice teaching conception. |
