福建省农产品质量安全可追溯体系发展对策

从农产品质量安全监管、现代农业标准化经营发展需要、国际贸易市场要求等方面论述了完善农产品质量安全可追溯体系的必要性；从法规政策、监测监管、农产品认证等方面概述了福建省农产品质量安全可追溯体系建设的主要做法，并指出其存在主体意识欠缺、配套技术滞后、标准体系尚未与国际接轨、资金投入力度不足等问题；从提高参与主体积极性、完善市场准入制度、加强技术支撑与人才建设、完善法律法规与监测标准细则、优化政府作用等方面提出了相应的对策与建议。

Measures on developing quality safety traceable system of agricultural products in Fujian Provnice

The author discusses the necessity to improve quality safety traceable system of agricultural products from several points, including supervision on quality safety of agricultural products, the need for developing modem agricultural standardization manage- ment and the requirements from international trade market. What is more, based on rule of law, policies, monitoring, supervision and ceaiilcation of agricultural products, the author gives a brief introduction about the main way of quality safety traceable system construction of agricultural products in Fujian Provnice and points out the problems, including lack of subject consciousness, the lagging of supporting technology, not acting on international standard system and the short of funds. In the end, the author gives cor- responding measures and advices on improving enthusiasm of participants, perfecting the system of market access, strengthening tecbatical support and talents construction, perfecting ride of law and standard regulation of monitoring and optimizing the function of government.
