| 摘 要： | 运用 Waters公司的 Pico- Tag分析方法 ,采用仓光公司的 ODS- AM柱 (4 .6× 2 5 0 m m)进行 17种氨基酸分离 ,通过对流动相 A、B液梯度洗脱的反复调整实验 ,最终在 2 5 m in内使 17种氨基酸得到较好的分离 ,该法用于测定饲料样品中氨基酸的含量 ,结果较为理想
