猪瘟和猪蓝耳病疫苗临床免疫效果评价

摘    要:为了切实做好河南省猪瘟和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗在临床上使用范围、安全性、有效性的调查及免疫效果的评估工作,更好地利用疫苗免疫技术预防猪瘟和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的发生和流行,在洛阳、新郑等20个市(县、区)、40个猪场进行了猪瘟和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗的临床应用,并随机抽取了其中338份血清样品,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测其抗体效价。河南省猪瘟免疫抗体合格率平均为73.67%,而猪繁殖与呼吸综合征免疫抗体合格率平均为87.57%。不同厂家疫苗对猪免疫后抗体合格率不同,不同年龄段的猪免疫后抗体合格率不同,不同疫苗种类对猪免疫后抗体合格率不同,对猪免疫次数不同其抗体合格率也不同。以上情况可能与不同厂家疫苗质量不同有关。

An evaluation of clinical immune effects of vaccines for classical swine fever and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome

Abstract:In order to do a good job in Henan Province,classical swine fever and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome vaccine used in the clinical range,safety,and effectiveness of the investigation and assessment of immune effects,better vaccine to prevent swine fever and swine reproductive and respiratory syndrome occurred and popular,classical swine fever and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome vaccine clinical application in Luoyang,Xinzheng 20cities(counties,districts),40 pig farms,and a random sample of which farms 338 serum samples using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the antibody titer.And carried out further analysis of the situation.Henan Province swine fever antibody passing rate of 73.67% on average,and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome antibody passing rate of 87.57%.Vaccines of different manufacturers of different antibody pass rate in pigs after immunization,the antibodies pass rate after immunization of pigs of different ages,different types of vaccines on the porcine immune antibody pass rate,the number of pigs immune antibodies pass rate is also different.The above outcome may be due to the quality of vaccines produced by different manufacturers.
