摘    要:利用农业废弃物玉米秸秆等纤维质原料生产纤维乙醇已成为国内外研究的热点。本文主要研究了温度和糖浓度对玉米秸秆水解液粘度的影响。结果表明:玉米秸秆水解液粘度的对数值与温度和糖浓度呈线性关系,并得到关于温度和糖浓度对玉米秸秆水解液粘度影响的二元半对数方程的数学模型。

Determination of viscosity of corn stalk hydrolysate

Abstract:Utilization of agricultural wastes such as corn straw fiber raw material for the production of cellulosic ethanol has become a hot research at home and abroad. This paper mainly studies the effect of temperature and sugar concentration on the viscosity of corn stalk hydrolysate. The results showed that: The viscosity logrithums of corn stalk hydrolysate was linear with temperatures and sugar concentration. A mathematical model of binary semi--logrithum equation about the effects of temperature and sugar concentration on the viscosity of the hydrolysate of corn straw was generated.
