毛细管离子分析法测定蔬菜中的限量元素

摘    要:采用湿法消化处理样品,用毛细管离子分析(CIA)法测定了蔬菜中的限量元素锌、铜、镍、镉和铅,在12mmol.L-1咪唑,8mmol.L-1α-羟基乙酸,pH=4.2的电泳介质中,5种离子在10min内得到了分离,用间接紫外法在214nm处检测,以外标法定量,对样品进行5次测定的RSD在3.1%以下,回收率在95.7%~104.6%之间。方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确。

Abstract:Capillary ion analysis(CIA) was used to determine limited element in vegetables.In the solution(pH=4.2) containing 12mmol·L-1 of imidazol and 8mmol.L-1 of a-hydroxyacetic acid,Zn,Ni,Cu,Pb and Cd in vegetables were separated in 10 min.Zn,Ni,Cu,Pb and Cd in vegetables were detected at 214nm by indirect UV,and quantified externally.Samples were determined 5 times with RSD lower than 3.1% and 95.7%-104.6% recovery.The result showed that the method is convenient,rapid,sensitive and accurate.It was used in the determination of tea samples with the satisfactory results.
