油菜籽(饼)中蚓哚类硫苷的抗氧化性的研究

摘    要:以脱脂油菜籽(饼)为材料,用弱阴离子交换剂(DEAE Sephadex A-25)柱吸附提取液中硫廿成分,除去油菜籽(饼)中其它杂质,用0.5ml/L硫酸钾溶液洗脱稀释到一定容积可直接进行色谱分析.在样品预处理过程中添加抗氧化剂可防止吲哚类硫苷的氧化分解.本实验比较了三种抗氧化剂(茶多酚、巯基乙醇、植酸)对油菜籽(饼)中吲哚类硫苷的抗氧化性.实验结果表明:巯基乙醇对吲哚类硫苷的抗氧化性最佳.

Abstract:In this paper, using defatled rapeseed as material, a weak, anion exchange colume was used for attaching glucosinolates (Gs) and remormg waste in extration In the colemn, 0.5mol/L Potassium disulfate was used as eluent The composition of Gs in eluet can be anclysed by Chro-matography. The Catechin (TP), Mercapteothano (MSH) and phytic acid (PA), reapectively was adopted in sample protreatment to prevent indole Gs from being exidizde. To compare three antioxidizent the experimental results prored that the effect of MSH was the most obvioas.
