公雏免疫去势的研究

采用成熟公鸡的睾丸为抗原或加上弗氏完全佐剂制成抗原制剂,对10～15日龄的公雏进行免疫去势。试验成功地抑制了睾丸的生长,试验各组的睾丸平均重量分别为4.0g、4.55g、4.97g、1.52g、1.34g,其中最小的为0.2g,而对照组的睾丸均重为10.68g。降低了血液中性激素睾丸酮的含量,试验组平均为6.24ng/d1和24.88ng/d1,其中最低为0.1ng/d1,而对照组为29.9ng/d1。同时免疫去势后的公雏增重快,平均比对照组多增重120g至160g,比人工手术去势多增重220g左右。免疫去势组肌肉的蛋白质全氨基酸含量均超过了对照组。

Studies on male chick Smmunocastration

Male chicks of 10~15 day were immunocastrated with antigen preparation made of antigen taken from matwre cocks' testes or plus Freund's complete adjuvant This trial successfully with held testicalar growth,and the average testicle weights in the trial groups were 4.0g,4.55g,4 97g,1.52g and 1 34g respectively with the smallest being 0 2g while those in the contrast groups were all 10.68g. The sexual hormone ( testosterone) level in blood was reduced,and the average levels in the trial groups were 6.24 ng/dl and 24.88 ng/dl with the lowest being 0.1 ng/dl while those in the contrast groups were 29.9 ng dl. in the meantime,the immunocastrated cock chicks put on weight quickly,and 120-160g more in average gain than the control groups,and 200g or so than the artificially castrated chicks,The amino acid contents in muscles of the immunocastrated chicks all out-sfri pped the control groups'.
