大蒜挥发油抗烟草花叶病毒机理

摘    要:从新鲜大蒜中提取的挥发油与烟草花叶病毒(tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)混合后可使完整的病毒粒体断裂,且对病毒衣壳蛋白的体外聚合过程有明显的抑制作用,而对病毒的核酸侵染力无显著影响,喷施大蒜挥发油可显著提高烟草体内过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的活性。

Abstract:The volatile oil from Allium sativum splited the particles of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) after incubating it with TMV. It strongly inhibited TMV-CP polymerization in vitro, but did not obviously influence the infectivity of TMV-RNA. The volatile oil also increased the in vitro activities of peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) when sprayed in Nicotiana tobacum.
