| 摘 要： | 随着多种模式生物基因组测序的完成及生物技术的快速发展,各研究领域的相互交叉渗透越来越多.蛋白质组学作为后基因组时代新兴起来的交叉学科,已成为新世纪生命科学研究的前沿和热门领域,并已广泛应用于植物病理学科的研究.对蛋白质组学的诞生、发展及研究技术进行了阐述,并综述了蛋白质组学技术在植物病理学上的研究进展,对蛋白质组学在应用研究中尚存在的不足进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | With the completing of genomic sequence of several kings of model organisms and rapid development of,more and more interdisciplinaries will come into being for all kinds of research fields.Proteomics,as a new interdisciplinary in the,has become a frontier and fanatic and has been applied in plant pathology widely.The birth,development and research methods of proteomics application in plant pathology are d in this paper.In the meanwhile,the on the proteomics in application is also discussed. |
