| 摘 要： | 对鉴别史氏鲟性别的2种创伤手术---穿刺技术和腹腔外科手术进行比较、分析，结果表明，穿刺技术虽然比腹腔外科手术迟一年鉴别出史氏鲟鱼性别，但穿刺技术具有愈合伤口更早、日增重量更多和成活率更高的优点，建议鲟鱼养殖业者优先选择穿刺技术用于史氏鲟性别的鉴别。

| Abstract: | In this study , the puncture technique and abdominal surgery , two widely used minimally invasive techniques home and abroad ,were comparatively analyzed for sex identification of Acipenser Schrenckii .The results showed that Acipenser Schrenckii could heal earlier ,had more daily gain and higher survival rate when observing sex with puncture technique than with abdominal surgery , although the abdominal surgery could distinguish sturgeon′s sex a year earlier than the puncture technique .Therefore ,the puncture technique is better for the raisers to identify sturgeon′s sex . |
