| 摘 要： | 以福建省农村劳动力转移与就业为研究对象,通过资料分析与社会调研,对福建省农村劳动力转移概况及其特点、农村劳动力供求关系、劳动用工短缺原因及趋势进行探析,提出完善福建省农村劳动力转移与就业、减轻福建省农村劳动力短缺的对策措施。

| Abstract: | By the material analysis and on-the-spot investigation on the basis of the rural labor transfer of Fujian province,the general situation and the characteristics,the reasons of labor shortage and trends were studied.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward to slow the shortage of labor in coastal areas. |
