| 摘 要： | 通过阐明低碳经济的兴起背景及其意义，进一步深入理解其科学内涵，同时分析低碳农业发展过程所面临的农业传统耕作观念根深蒂固、现代低碳农业理念尚未建立、现代农业基础设施投入不足及低碳农业技术体系尚未建立等主要挑战，结合实际提出草地低碳循环农业、山地低碳循环农业、耕地低碳循环农业、林地低碳循环农业等发展战略与技术对策，为推动现代农业转型升级提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper has elucidated the concepts of low-carbon economy on the background and perspectives of developing low-carbon agriculture, and has discussed the challenges for its development against traditional farming system and the shortage of investment on modern agricultural facilities, as well as for establishing the technical system of low-carbon agriculture. The technologic strategies for modern agriculture development have been suggested on the low-carbon circular agriculture of grassland, farmland, mountain land and forest land. |
