不同基因型普通丝瓜PPO活性的变异及低活性品种的筛选

通过测定123份普通丝瓜种质资源PPO的活性，研究普通丝瓜果肉PPO活性的变异，筛选出低活性的普通丝瓜品种材料，并对福建省种植的普通丝瓜品种进行评价和筛选。结果表明，供试普通丝瓜品种PPO活性变异很大，变异范围为0.008~3.176△OD420·min-1·g-1，变异系数为177.5%，筛选出低PPO活性的普通丝瓜品种26份作为普通丝瓜品质改良的重要资源加以利用；福建省栽培的普通丝瓜品种之间的PPO活性差异较大，其中‘农福丝瓜801’和‘金美2号’2个品种PPO活性较低，品质较好。

PPO Activity of Luffa cylindrica Roem

PPO activities of Luffa cylindrica Roem from the germplasm collection were determined. Varieties that were low in PPO activity were selected. The results showed that the PPO activities were between 0.008-3.176△OD420·min-1·g-1 with a high coefficient of variation of 177.5%. In the end, 26 low-activity varieties were chosen for potential quality improvements on luffa. There were significant variations on the PPO activity in 8 common luffas in Fujian. Among them, Nongfu Luffa 801 and Jinmei 2 were low in PPO activity, and at the same time, exhibited desirable quality characteristics.
