摘    要:酚类物质是影响烟草生长发育及其采后制品品质的重要物质之一。文章着重从烟草酚类物质对烟叶品质形成的影响、烟草酚类物质的代谢、调节和积累以及影响烟叶酚类物质代谢和转化的因子等方面。综述烟草酚类物质的研究进展;提出了进一步研究的重点,以及当前福建省开展烤烟酚类物质的生化变化及其调控技术研究的重要意义。

Abstract:Polyphenols are important substance which affect the growth of tobacco and their product quality. The progresses in the research on tobacco polyphenols, such as metabolism, regulation and accumulation, were summaried in this paper. The effect of polyphenols on the quality of tobacco, the factors affecting the metabolism and transformation of polypheols and so on, were also mentioned. The emphasized fields for the future and the importance of the studies on the biochemical alteration to tobacco polyphenols and its relative controlling techniques in Fujian Province were also put forward.
