| 摘 要： | 分析了三峡船闸人字门厚板焊接特点和厚板焊接缺陷产生的原因，通过焊接接头形式、焊接坡口及焊接操作等方面进行了方案策划，制定了相应的工艺措施。既消除缺陷，又保证了产品质量和产品周期，同时控制了修补时产生的焊接变形。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the features of thick plate welding of Three Gorges permanent shipgate in Yangtze River, this thesis intends to go to details in the causes resulting in defects as well as corresponding strategies and measurements in welding procedures, such as welding forms of soldered joints, welding bevels and welding operations, which will be inducible to eliminate defects, guarantee the quality and cycle time of products and reduce the deformation in the course of defects mending. |
