摘    要:阐明了基础实验、综合设计实验与探究性生化实验的关系,探究性实验是建立在传统基础实验的基础上,通过综合性实验过度而建立起来的。探究性生化实验课的特点主要表现为:充分强调学生的主体作用,实验设计、实验准备、实验过程完全由学生自己独立完成,而且要充分发挥学生的能动性与创新性。探究性的考试模式能够有效地检验教学效果。探究性考试模式贯穿于整个实验过程,是一种开放性的能力测试过程。通过探究性实验教学与探究性实验考核相结合,能显著提高实验教学效果与教学质量。

Abstract:The paper illustrates the basic experiment,comprehensive experiment and inquiry biochemical experiment of the relationship.Inquiry biochemical experiment was built on the traditional basic experimental basis and through the comprehensive design experiment transition by over-built.Some mainly characteristics of the inquiry biochemical course as follows: sufficient emphasis on the main role of students,experimental design,experiment preparation,experimental procedure completely independently by the students themselves,but also to give full play to the initiative and innovation of the students.Inquiry examination model could effectively test the effectiveness of teaching.Inquiry examination model throughout the entire experiment,was an ability to open the testing process.By inquiry experiment of teaching and inquiry examination model combination could significantly increase the effect of experimental teaching and teaching quality.
