| 摘 要： | 研究异育银鲫（Carassius auratus gibelio）饲料中脂肪的适宜需要量，以鱼粉豆粕为蛋白源、鱼油作为添加的脂肪源，分别添加0、2％、4％、6％和8％的鱼油，配制成5组饲料。对平均体质量每尾（17．00±0．15）g的异育银鲫进行为期45d的养殖试验。结果表明各试验组的饵料系数、蛋白质效率差异不显著（P〉0．05），饲料中脂肪含量6．04％的试验组饵料系数最低（2．00）、蛋白质效率最高（1．19）、其增重率与饲料中脂肪水平为4．08％的比较差异不显著（P〉0．05），但与其余各试验组的差异显著（P〈0．05）；饲料中主要营养物质的表观消化率以添加6．04％试验组最高，且粗脂肪、钠及饲料总消化率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），但与脂肪水平为4．08％的试验组差异不显著（P〉0．05）。试验表明异育银鲫饲料中脂肪的适宜需求量为4．08％-6．04％。
