摘    要:近年来,人们发现在蜜蜂繁殖过程中,有时会出现大量幼虫死亡现象,给养蜂业造成很大损失。研究证明,此种现象是由于白垩病所致,但发病后很能很难控制。目前国内外对白垩病的检测和防治,都没有规范的标准。本次实验,主要是对白垩病的检验标准进行探讨,采用不同的培养基、培养温度、氧气和二氧化碳浓度,对蜜蜂子囊球菌孢子萌发及生长的影响进行研究观察,表明在土豆琼脂培养基上生长良好,培养温度以31℃为最佳,以20%的二氧化碳对菌孢子的活化效果最好。并就菌的生长情况、孢子形态进行观察,制定了蜂蜜中子囊球菌孢子的检验方法,为诊断蜂群白垩病提供了操作规范。

Abstract:In recent years, it has been found that the death phenomena of lots of larvae of honeybees which occured during bee's propagation did great damage to apiculture. Research results have shown that this phenomena was caused by the Ascosphaera apis called " Chalkbrood disease" . This kind of disease is very difficult to control.At present, there is not a standardized norm for the disease detection and prevention in countries both at home and abroad, but it is discussed in this paper.The studies on effect of different bacteria- culture conditions such as culture media, cultivation temperature, and oxygen or carcon dioxide levels to the spores' germination and growth of Ascosphaera apis were conducted. Research results have shown the optimum conditions of Ascosphaera apis spore activation are Sit of temperature and 20% of carbon dioxide concentration, and the potato - agar culture media is a good one for the Ascosphaera apis growth. Therefore, according to Ascosphaera apis spores' growth and their conformation, the detection method for Ascosphaera apis spores and its operation norm for diagnosing " Chalkbrood disease have been offered here.
