| 摘 要： | 通过对不同花色花瓣色素组成的分析,可以为花色显色机理研究提供依据.本文通过对14种不同花色非洲紫罗兰的特征显色反应和紫外-可见光谱扫描进行分析,结果表明:所选非洲紫罗兰花色品种中的色素由类黄酮组成,白色非洲紫罗兰仅含黄酮类化合物,其它花色品种主要由花色素苷和黄酮类化合物组成.本试验为非洲紫罗兰花色素成分的进一步分离和鉴...

| Abstract: | The study on flower pigments is significant in exploring the mechanism of flower coloration via components in the different petals.In this paper,the 14 Saintpqulia ionantha cultivars were performed by the specific color reaction and UV-visible spectra.The results indicate that the flower pigments of Saintpqulia ionantha only contained flavonoids,the white flower cultivar just contained flavones,and other selected cultivars mainly included anthocyanins and flavonoids.This expriment provides a reference for t... |
