盐度骤降对南美白对虾仔虾抗氧化机能的影响

摘    要:盐度骤降后,测定南美白对虾仔虾肌肉中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(AcP)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果显示:盐度由12骤降至8时,样品中CAT、SOD、ACP、AKP的活性及MDA的平均含量分别为0.00440-0.00554U/mgport、0.837-0.908U/mgport、0.00208-0.00243U/gport、0.000671-0.000706U/gport及0.467-0.515μmol/L;盐度由12骤降至5时,样品中CAT、SOD、ACP、AKP的活性及MDA的平均含量分别为0.00414-0.00554U/mgport、0.777-0.908U/mgport、0.00169-0.00243U/gport、0.000641-0.000706U/gport及0.467-0.806μmol/L。这表明,盐度突降显著改变了南美白对虾仔虾的抗氧化酶活性,降低了其抗病力。

Abstract:The activities of CAT, SOD, AKP, ACP and the content of MDA of Litnpenaeus vannamei were analyzed after the sudden drop in salinity. The results show that the activities of CAT, SOD, ACP, AKP and the average content of MDA were 0.00440-0.00554 U/mgport, 0.837-0.908 U/mgport, 0.00208-0.00243 U/gport, 0.000671-0.000706 U/gport and 0.467-0.515μmol/L when the salinity dropped from 12 to 8, while the activities of CAT, SOD, ACP, AKP and the average content of MDA were 0.00414-0.00554 U/mgport, 0.777-0.908 U/mgport, 0.00169-0.00243 U/gport, 0.000641-0.000706 U/gpot and 0.467-0.806μmol/L when the salinity dropped from 12 to 5. These indicate that the activities of antioxidant enzymes of the Litnpenaeus vannamei were remarkably changed by sudden drop in salinity, and its disease resistance also decreased.
