| 摘 要： | 随着社会对人才质量要求的不断提高，高等教育教学改革不断深化，各高校普遍都以教学改革项目来带动教学改革工作，来全面提高人才培养质量。根据地方高校教学改革项目管理中存在的问题，提出了提高项目管理水平的几点措施：转变管理观念、构建教学改革项目管理体系、加强教改项目的全过程管理。

| Abstract: | With the constant improvement of the social demands for talents＇ quality, the teaching reforms are deepened constantly for higher education, and the teaching reform projects are executed to drive the affairs concerned so as to improve the talent training quality in all colleges and universities. According to the existing problems in the teaching reform project management in local colleges and universities, several countermeasures for improving the project management level are put forward, such as transforming the management idea, constructing the management system for teaching reform projects, strengthening the whole process management of teaching reform projects. |
