沸石和微生物对废水中Cr~(6+)吸附的研究

摘    要:向含Cr6+的废水中加入筛选的霉菌M、细菌F以及沸石,在不同条件下进行培养。研究结果表明,微生物对废水中Cr6+吸附的最佳pH值为5;M和F菌的最佳吸附时间均为2 h,M菌的最佳投加量为10μL,F菌的最佳投加量为15μL;沸石对Cr6+也有一定吸附,最大可达到53%。M菌对Cr6+的吸附过程符合Langmuir和Freundlich模型,且Freudlich方程模拟优于Langmuir方程。

Abstract:The selected mold M, bacteria F and zeolites were added into the wastewater of Cr^6+, and the wastwater was cultured under different conditions in laboratory. The results show that the best pH value of adsorpting Cr^6+ from wastewater was 5. And the best adsorption time was 2 h for microorganisms M and F. The best dosage put into 50 rnL wastewater of M was 10 μL, and F was 15 ILL. Zeolite could also adsorpt Cr^6+ in wastewater, and its maximum adsorpting capacity was up to 53%. The process of adsorpting Cr^6+ by M was in line with Langmuir and Freundlich equation, and the Langmuir equation showed better consistency than Freudlich equation.
