土壤矿质元素含量与核桃SOD、POD活性的关系

摘    要:采用盆栽的方法,以早实核桃辽宁1号和晚实核桃清香为材料,研究了土壤中N、P、K、Zn不同处理与核桃SOD、POD活性的关系。结果表明,土壤中N、P、K、Zn的含量与核桃SOD、POD活性有一定关系。随着基质中N、P、K、Zn含量的增加,核桃SOD、POD活性呈现不同的变化趋势,总的变化趋势是逐渐降低。在相同元素处理下,除了N4处理下清香POD活性高于辽宁1号POD活性外,辽宁1号叶片POD活性高于清香POD的活性;除了P处理外,清香SOD活性高于辽宁1号的SOD活性。

Abstract:The potted plant method was adopted to study the relationship between the concentration of N, P, K and Zn of soil and the SOD and POD activity of walnut. The results show that the concentration of N, P, K and Zn of soil had certain effect on the SOD and POD activity. With the increase of the concentration of N, P, K and Zn, the changes of SOD and POD activity showed different trends, and the effect on activity of POD was greater than that of SOD. At the same mineral element level, except N4, the POD activity of liaoning 1 was higher than that of qingxiang, and except P, the SOD activity of qingxiang was higher than that of liaoning 1.
