弱光对番茄苗期生长发育影响的研究

摘    要:研究了弱光对番茄苗期生长、光合速率和叶绿素含量的影响。在弱光条件下番茄植株的鲜重明显下降,不同品种之间存在明显差异,下降最多的西粉3号,春雷3号下降最少。弱光条件对光合速率有明显影响,并且不同品种之间差异明显,中蔬5号和津粉65下降最多,最低为中杂9号。弱光对叶绿素含量及其组成影响不明显,说明在试验所设计的弱光条件尚未达到叶绿素形成的障碍临界值。光合速率可作为弱光鉴定的指标,叶绿不比含量不能作为弱光的鉴定指标。

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of weak light on its growth,development,phtosynthetic rate,and the content of chlorophyll at seedling stage of tomato.The fresh weight of tomato body reduced in weak light condition,and the effect of weak light is significantly different among tomato varieties:xifen3hao is the most obvious,chunlei3hao is the least.The result shows the weak light has obvious effect on photosynthetic rate,and the effect is significantly different among tomato varieties. Zhongshu5hao and jinfen65 reduce most,but zhongshu9hao reduces very little.The result shows the condition such as weak light is not enough to affect the content of chlorophyll.The photosyntheic rate may be regarded as an indicator about the tolerance of the weak light,but the content of chlorophyll was not.
