富营养化池塘细菌及其解磷特性的初步研究

摘    要:对天津市东丽区和西青区两个富营养化池塘中的细菌及其解磷特性进行了研究。结果表明,两池塘的底泥及水体中芽孢杆菌占优势;两池塘中的细菌都不能分解无机磷;西青区池塘中可分解有机磷的细菌达到80%,东丽区的为46%。

Abstract:The bacteria and their phosphorolysis characteristics of two eutrophic ponds in Dongli District and Xiqing District were studied. The results show that the bacilli occupied dominant positions in water bodies and substrate sludge of the two eutrophic ponds. And the bacteria in two ponds couldn't decompose inorganic phosphorus. In Xiqing District, the bacteria which could decompose organic phosphorus account for 80% of the total, while the same ones account for 46% in Dongli Distrcit.
