| 摘 要： | 推进基本公共教育服务均等化是新形势下教育改革的重点，也是促进教育公平发展的必然选择。基于城乡之间、区县之间、校际之间以及不同群体之间的视角，分析了天津市目前基本公共教育服务存在的差异，并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | It is the key for the education reform to advance the equalization of the basic public education service in the new situation and is also the inevitable choice to promote the fair development of education. From the aspects between the urban and rural areas, and in different countries and groups, it is analysed the difference of the public education in Tianjin, then the countermeasures are put forward. |
