摘    要:选用津农0802和京科糯2000鲜食糯玉米鲜果穗作为试验材料,在其适宜采收期采收后,设置鲜果穗带苞叶、鲜果穗不带苞叶分别在室温(29-32℃)、低温(4℃)条件下贮藏等4种处理。在整个贮藏过程中,依次在贮藏后的0、6、12、24、48、72、96和120h等8个时间点测定糯玉米鲜果穗的呼吸速率和籽粒含水量。结果发现:贮...

Abstract:The fresh fruits of waxy maize, JinNong 0802 and JingKeNuo 2000 are selected as the test materials. Harvesting the materials at the appropriate time, the fresh ears with bract or without the bract put under the room temperature (29-32 ℃) and low temperature (4℃) respectively are taken as the four storage methods. During the whole storage period, it is tested the respiration rate and the moisture content of the waxy maize fresh fruit at 0, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 h and 120 h. The results show that the higher the storage temperature, the more lost of the water and the more changes of the respiration rate will be. Besides, the low temperature with the bract made the best storage effectiveness.
