中国荷斯坦牛乳成分数量性状表型参数分析

摘    要:根据工农联盟奶牛一场(1996~1998年)934头中国荷斯坦牛的乳脂率、乳蛋白率和干物质含量的测定,按不同胎次统计分析获得如下牛乳成分表型参数:乳脂率3.81±0.392%,乳蛋白率3.10±0.236%,干物质含量12.26±0.670%,其中各胎次乳成分为:第1胎最高,乳脂率3.96%,乳蛋白率3.14%,干物质含量12.63%,以后随胎次增长有下降趋势。

Abstract:The statistical analysis was carried out in quantitative character phenotypic parameter of dairy cow's milk composition, such as butterfat rate, butter protein rate and dry matter content in milk on the basis of 934 cows' testing data from the First Dairy Farm in Tianjin WorkerPeasant Alliance Farm in 19961998. The results showed that average butterfat rate was 3.810.392 %, average butter protein rate was 3.100.236%, and average dry matter content was 12.260.670%. Among them, the phenotypic parameter of milk composition in firstborn was highest and butterfat rate, butter protein rate and dry matter content in milk were 3.96% , 3.14% and 12.63% respectively . And they would be downward trend with rising of cow's age.
