农业院校有机化学教学改革的探索

在有机化学的教学中,如何在保障学生打好坚实的基础(如基本知识、基本概念、基本技能等)的同时积极培养学生的创新能力,以达到新世纪高素质人才的培养要求,是进行有机化学教学改革的基本目的。本文针对农业院校有机化学教学中面临的内容多、学时少、理论抽象、新科研成果出现快、讲授和学习时比较容易让人感到枯燥等问题,从师资建设、教材建设、课堂教学、教学方法与手段等几方面探索了有机化学的教学改革。

Probing into Teaching Reform of Organic Chemistry in Agricultural Universities

In the teaching of Organic Chemistry,how to cultivate the students’ innovative abilities in order to meet the requirements of training talents of high qualities in the new century while ensuring the students to lay a solid foundation（such as the basic knowledge,basic concepts,basic skills and so on） for the further study,is the basic purposes for the teaching reform of Organic Chemistry.According to the problems,such as there are more contents and less learning hours,the theories are abstract,the new achievements appears fast,it is easy to let students feel boring in teaching and learning and so on in the Organic Chemistry teaching of agricultural universities,some teaching reforms are explored from the aspects of construction of teachers’ group,construction of teaching materials,class teaching,teaching methods etc..
