摘    要:参考牛的Hoxc8基因序列设计引物,扩增正常蒙古羊(胸椎数13)和多脊椎蒙古羊(胸椎数14)Hoxc8的exon-1和exon-2基因,对得到的序列进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,经序列比对二者的DNA序列,除两侧个别碱基有差异外,中间序列完全一致。蒙古羊Hoxc8的exon-1和exon-2序列分别与其他物种进行同源性...

Abstract:In our study,according to the Hoxc8 sequence of cow,the specific primers were designed,and the sequences of Hoxc8 exon-1(432 bp)and exon-2(273 bp)of normal and multi-thoracic vertebrae mongolia sheep were obtained(Genebank accession number: EU817489 and FJ905472).Alignment results of them indicated that the sequences were conformity except a little difference in two sides of sequences.Hoxc8 exon-1 and exon-2 were aligned with other species and the results showed that compared with other mammals(human,dog,mouse,rat and chimpanzee),the homology were above 96%(exon-1) and 91%(exon-2);compared with zebra fish,the homology were 75.8% and 74%.
