热休克蛋白在植物抗逆反应中的作用

摘    要:综述了近年来热休克蛋白提高植物耐热性、耐寒性和耐旱性的机理,并提出未来该领域的研究可以借助酵母双杂交、免疫共沉淀等蛋白互作技术,筛选与热休克蛋白互作的靶蛋白,弄清其互作的生物效应,这必将有助于更清楚地阐明热休克蛋白在植物抗逆反应中的作用机理.

Abstract:In the paper, the mechanism of HSPs promoting plant heat resistance, cold resistance and drought resistance were reviewed. And the strategies that the protein-protein interaction analysis techniques such as yeast two-hybridization, Co-Immunoprecipitation, and so on, are performed to screen the target protein and elucidate the effects of interaction were proposed.
