摘    要:使用网目为0.8cm的聚丙烯挤塑网套住吊笼对华贵栉孔扇贝(Chlamys nobilis)的幼苗和幼贝进行养殖试验。结果表明:在幼苗期,套网笼组的整体壳高均低于不套网笼组,且成活率远低于不套网笼组;在人工筏式吊笼养殖的幼贝实验方面,套网笼组幼贝的生长速度略低于不套网笼组,但套网笼组的成活率高于不套网笼组。因此,套网笼法不适合幼苗的养殖,但适合幼贝的养殖,此项技术可以在华贵栉孔扇贝幼贝养殖上推广应用。

Abstract:Larval and juvenile Chlamys nobilis were reared in the suspended cuhure socks caged with 0. 8 cm mesh polypropylene nets to develop a suspended sock culture method in Sanya, Hainan, China. The experiment group was found to have lower shell height growth rate and survival rate than the control group at the larval stage. In the artificial raft suspended culture the experiment group grew slightly lower than the control group but had a higher survival rate than the control group. Therefore, the suspended sock culture is but for the juveniles. This method can be widely used for culture of C. nobilis at the not fit for larval C. nobilis juvenile stage.
