摘    要:胚胎发育晚期丰富蛋白(LEA蛋白)是植物在逆境条件下生成的一类应激蛋白,它可以通过稳定细胞膜、结合金属离子等机制提高植物的抗逆性。笔者对植物LEA蛋白的分类及其相应的结构,以及LEA蛋白响应干旱、低温及其他胁迫响应中功能的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract:Late embryogenesis abundant proteins (LEA proteins) are a group of stress-responsive proteins in higher plants that are induced by environmental stress. These proteins can enhance plant tolerance against environmental stress via stabilizing cell membrane and binding ions. The category and structure of LEA proteins are summarized herein. The researches conducted in recent years are reviewed about the roles of LEA proteins in plant response to drought, low temperature and other environmental stresses.
