恰玛古食用与药用研究进展

摘    要:恰玛古(Brassica campestris)是维吾尔族传统的药食两用植物,主要含有多糖、黄酮、硫代葡萄糖苷类和脂肪酸等化合物,具有降血糖、增强免疫、抗辐射、抗癌、抗菌、抑制甲状腺素合成、抗突变、抗衰老和抗疲劳的作用. 阐述了恰玛古的功能成分、提取工艺和药理作用研究现状,并对恰玛古有效成分研究和食疗产品研发进行了展望.

Advances in research on edible and medicinal use of Qiamagu
Abstract:Qiamagu is a Uyghur traditional medicine and food plant, mainly containing polysaccharides, flavonoids, glucosinolates, fatty acids and other compounds, with lowering blood sugar, enhancing immunity, anti-radiation, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, inhibition of thyroxine synthesis, anti-mutation, anti-aging and anti-fatigue effects. The research status of functional ingredients, extraction technology and pharmacological effects of Qiamagu were described, and the prospects of the study of active ingredients in Qiamagu and the development of therapeutic products were pointed out.
