| 摘 要： | "十一五"期间,中国热带农业科学院环植所对基本科研业务费专项予以科学立项,并提出一系列完善专项管理制度、加强科研条件建设、推进节点考核、加强奖励机制、促进预算执行等建议,严格执行并顺利完成专项资金的实施,最终在该专项资金的支持下,各学科科研水平和科技创新能力明显提升,并在人才培养中取得显著成效。
