| 摘 要： | 修购专项是国家"十一五"新设立财政专项,主要用于改善中央级科学事业单位科研基础条件,推进科技创新能力建设。自2006年修购专项投入以来,有力地改善了农业科研院所科研基础条件,对促进农业又好又快发展起到积极的促进作用。该文主要结合该单位对修购专项预算执行控制采取的措施进行讨论,与同仁商榷。
